BRG's responsibilities included:
- Public involvement plan in developing a sub-area study to address needs for transportation improvements to serve east-west travel in Central Polk County for the identified area bounded by US 17/92 to the north and SR 60 to the south. It also addressed the travel demand associated with the following corridors: Thompson Nursery Rd/ Eagle Lake Loop Rd, Rifle Range Rd/ Snively Avenue; SR 540 (Winter Lake Rd), Extension; SR 60 and SR 60A (Van Fleet Drive); SR 542; SR 544 and US 17/92.
- Public involvement process in the development of the 230 Long-Range Transportation Plan Update
BRG's responsibilities included:

- Community research regarding socio-cultural effects on the targeted areas
