Blackmon Roberts Group served as the Consultant to the The Florida Department of Health, Bureau of HIV/AIDS for providing one-on-one capacity building assistance to community-based organizations and AIDS service organizations throughout Florida. BRG provided nonprofit managers and directors with the knowledge and skills necessary to increase agency capacity, implement effective interventions at the state and local levels, reduce the spread of HIV and STDs, and promote healthy behaviors.
