Marcela E. Stanislaus - VP, Operations

Marcela Stanislaus has over 30 years of work experience in the areas of business planning, business development, strategic planning and auditing. She is our Vice President of Operations, responsible for the daily business operations and staff management to support and ensure project deliverables based upon contract specifications, timelines and adhere to budgetary constraints.
Marcela also functions as a strategist and trainer to support staff development. She serves as a senior consultant regarding project budgeting, information analysis, strategic planning, cost analysis, business planning, financial planning and business development.
In the past, Marcela served as the Director of the Polk County Board of County Commission- Small and Minority Business Develop Center (SMBDC). There, she was responsible for the planning, budgeting and administration of the SMBDC and progress of deliverable goals to the Florida Small Business Development Center Network.
Marcela holds and MBA focused on Marketing from the Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton. PhD Candicate, Public Policy and Administration.
She is a Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers and an accredited Economic Development Finance Professional from The National Development Council. In addition, she is a Certified Facilitator and Administrator form the Kaufmann Foundation.
