Case Study: Winter Haven Housing Authority - Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
BRG for five years served as a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved Consultant providing technical assistance services to small housing agencies and residents' councils in the areas of organizational development and management, The technical assistance program's objective was to build capacity at the local level in an effort to develop a management partnership between the local agency, the residents and HUD. BRG provided technical assistance services to Housing Authorities and Residents Council of the Winter Haven Housing Authority.
