Case Study: ARRA-FDOT Public Involvement Campaign
This project was a public awareness campaign for the Florida Department of Transportation Statewide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Informational Meetings. Blackmon Roberts Group worked with all Districts to plan and coordinate 11 statewide public meetings targeted to minority, women and small businesses to ensure compliance with stimulus funding intent and participation. Meetings had to be held between March & April causing muti-layer coordination to ensure minimum overlapping. Meetings drew in over 6,000 participants from the Panhandle to the Keys.
